Cricut Cuttables - Embossing Kit

Hi Everyone, I received this a while ago, and have been waiting for the right image to come along to try it. It's a kit where you use your Cricut machine to cut any image on to an embossing sheet, then adhere it inside a blank embossing folder.

I love all the flourishy images on "Summer In Paris", and decided on the hot-air balloon. Because of all the tiny pieces in this cut, this took an absolute age to do, so I think I will choose something a little less fancy next time. Below is a photo of the embossing folder when it is closed.

This is  the folder when open. You adhere half the image to one side, then the second half to the other side. It is then used as a normal cuttlebug embossing folder.

I am just putting some finishing touches on some cards made with this and will be posting them on Scrappy-Go-Lucky. Check them out over the next few weeks.

Till next time.
Luv, Tereesa.

  2. Thanks for the overview of the make it yourself embossing folder. You certainly did pick a detailed one for your first. Now they will all be easy!

  3. Can't wait to see what you made with this I have been umming and aaarring as whether to get this set or not.
