Card - Cupcake Smiles

Hi, I went to a "girlfriend's craft day" today and planned all these cards I was going to make. Plus, I got to use my new tools tote - Love It. Well..... we had plenty of the girlfriend time, lots of yummy food time, but not so much of the craft time. It was a really fun day, and sometimes I think we all need to take a day like this.

I love the "Once Upon A Princes"cartridge, and have chosen this cute cupcake to make a birthday card.

Using the Cricut Gypsy, I duplicated the image and flipped the second image. It is then lined up slightly down one side and welded together. This forms the base card cut in white.

The main cupcake image is cut in a light pink and I embossed it with 'Swiss Dots' Cuttlebug folder.

I then used markers to colour the dots to resemble sprinkles.

A touch of inking, and a sparkling sentiment to finish off.

This was such a fun and happy card to make. Hope you like it.
Luv, Tereesa.
